Q: Where can I buy a Mocean SQUaircell cover™?
A: We are currently only selling direct from our website.
Q: Can I check my Mocean SQUaircell cover™ on flights?
A: Yes. Mocean SQUaircell covers™ comply with all CAA and FAA safety regulations.
Q: What if one of the air cell sections in my Mocean SQUaircell cover™ punctures or tears?
A: Mocean SQUaircell covers™ incorporate an internal air cell structure housed inside a tough nylon outer skin. The air cell section itself is made from premium TPU which makes it particularly difficult to puncture. However, if you do manage to make a hole in one of the sections through regular use then we do not recommend fixing it yourself, please just send it back to us and (if under warranty) we will post you out a new air cell section free of charge right away.
Q: Is there a product warranty?
A: There is a 1 year warranty on all products. Please contact us directly with any problems.
Q: Can I pack clothing in with the Mocean Squaircell cover™?
A: Yes, but we do not recommend this for several reasons. Firstly it will make your bag heavier, stray zips and buttons could damage your board, and it could overload the zipper.
Q: Will the change in air pressure affect my Mocean Squaircell cover™ during flights?
A: Aircrafts are pressurized throughout flight to a cabin pressure of approximately 8,000 feet during cruise, which corresponds to a pressure of approximately 11 psi (compared to 14.7 psi at sea level). If you inflate your Mocean Squaircell cover™ to the recommended level (16 PSI / 1.1 Bar) then there will be no issues. However, if any of the sections are overinflated then there is a chance that they could be overstressed. Please always check the pressure before flying.
Q: How long does it take to inflate/deflate?
A: It takes less than 5 minutes to inflate a Mocean SQUaircell cover™ with a standard micro pump and a few seconds to deflate via the reversible dust caps which can be used to hold the valves open.
